How does fresh cool drinking water help you ask?
The water hydrates the cells and nervous system of your body. When the nerves are hydrated they function better and are more able to relay information from one part of the body to the next. This easy of transportation puts less of a strain on your brain functions, and more importantly, your Amygdala.
What is the Amygdala you ask?
The Amygdala are a set of neurons in your brain that regulate your anxiety level. Anxiety attacks occur as a result of an imbalanced Amygdala.
By drinking fresh drinking water daily you are lowering your anxiety level and preventing anxiety attacks.
However, even though this technique works, as I just stated, it only prevents anxiety attacks.
